Groupe Sani-Tech, a longstanding subcontractor in the construction industry in Québec, is seeking a Project Manager with over 3 years of construction PM experience. You will prioritize large-scale projects, read architectural plans, and coordinate with professionals to ensure on-time delivery.

You’ll split time between on-site kickoff and follow-ups and office work, with two days per week remote. The role offers autonomy, strong collaboration, and growth within a leading Québec company.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Architecture, Building Drafting, or Engineering.
• Over 3 years of project management experience in construction.
• Ability to read architectural plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and plan the execution of large-scale commercial, private, and institutional construction projects.
• Be present on site for kickoff meetings and installation follow-ups (about 2 days a week depending on progress).
• Follow up on critical project issues from start to finish: shop drawings, coordination with professionals, scheduling, supplier deadlines, purchasing, managing problems and deficiencies, damages, stock returns, BIM Autodesk, Procore, SmartUse updates.
• Manage purchasing, change orders, installation plans, and ensure proper communication to stakeholders with thorough analysis.
• Process monthly progress payment requests.
• Handle project administration and cost control to ensure profitability.
