Job summary

Amylior Inc. in Vaudreuil-Dorion is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Project Manager to lead and implement projects that boost efficiency, profitability, and interdepartmental collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor's in industrial engineering, OIQ membership, PMI certification (asset), 5+ years in technical engineering and 2+ years in project management, plus fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering required.
• Member of OIQ or eligible for membership.
• PMI certification is an asset.
• 5+ years in a technical/professional industrial engineering role.
• 2+ years in project management related to industrial engineering or HR.
• Knowledge of planning software (Gantt) and ERP systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SolidWorks and PDM knowledge.
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in manufacturing; healthcare/rehabilitation sector is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial engineering projects from documentation to implementation.
• Prepare documentation for project tracking and traceability.
• Conduct research to support improvement initiatives.
• Propose ideas, tools, or activities to optimize processes.
• Implement approved solutions and follow up.
• Communicate with internal and external specialists for information.
• Organize, lead, and summarize project progress meetings.

This is a full-time position based at our head office in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial engineering projects, from documentation to implementation, in accordance with established procedures;
• Prepare all required documentation to ensure proper project tracking and traceability;
• Conduct research and gather relevant information to support improvement initiatives;
• Propose ideas, tools, or activities to optimize existing processes;
• Implement approved solutions and ensure follow-up;
• Communicate with internal and external specialists to obtain the necessary technical or operational information;
• Organize, lead, and summarize meetings related to project progress;
• Manage project-related human resources in accordance with established schedules;
• Train users on implemented improvements and document related procedures;
• Share knowledge in industrial engineering to help increase overall expertise within the company;
• Contribute to addressing company priorities (feedback, actions, maintenance, etc.);
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management related to industrial engineering or human resources;
