Plusgrade in Montreal is seeking a Fixed Term Project Manager to deliver SaaS initiatives for travel partners worldwide. Based in Montreal, you will own multiple initiatives from scope to launch, coordinating technical and business teams.

This contract role requires 3+ years of software implementation project management, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to lead under pressure while leveraging AI tools to improve delivery, with a focus on accountability and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software implementation project management experience, ideally in the software or e-commerce industry.
• Client-facing experience in a technical environment, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language and manage multiple projects and partners in a complex setting.
• Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment around scope, timelines, and resources, and the ability to execute effectively under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills. A technical background or familiarity with HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, API configuration, Salesforce, JIRA, or Splunk is an asset, as is experience in travel, airline passenger systems, payment service providers, or PMP certification.
• You have replaced manual work with connected tools, created reusable templates or processes, and used AI thoughtfully in partner-facing contexts while understanding its limitations.

This is a contract position.
