Nature and Scope

Reporting to the Senior Manager of the PMO, the Project Manager ensures effective project operations through sound management methodologies, resource allocation, and performance reporting.

As a key member of the PMO, the Project Manager leads cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

What you will do :

• Complete projects on schedule and within budget
• Establish and manage governance structures for project success
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct project analysis and reporting in line with PMO standards
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Implement consistent tools and methodologies, maintaining clear documentation of progress and success
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency
• Identify risks, scope creep, and schedule challenges, and develop mitigation strategies
• Lead or participate in organizational working groups for projects and initiatives
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts across departments to assess impact and execute activities
• Report adverse events and product complaints promptly, following policies and procedures

What you will need :

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Health Sciences)
• 3-5 years of proven project management experience
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Time management and prioritization abilities
• Adaptability to change
• Effective leadership and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
• Knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement is an asset
• Healthcare industry experience is an asset
