Phreesia is on the lookout for a resourceful, enthusiastic Project Manager to join our innovative Network Solutions Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring a wide array of marketing projects to life—from compelling white papers and engaging videos to eye-catching ads, product collateral, web content, and polished presentation materials. Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, you’ll be the linchpin in coordinating resources, managing vendor and freelancer relationships, and streamlining workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and on point.

We’re looking for an organized, detail-obsessed self-starter with a talent for clear communication and a passion for collaboration. You know how to align expectations, clarify project requirements, and build trust across teams. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative will make you an essential force behind our most visible and strategic marketing projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with strategic goals, and effective resource allocation
  • Oversee project planning, prioritization, and to build and foster cross-functional collaboration across Creative, Demand Gen, Events, Sales Enablement, Strategy, and Leadership teams
  • Develop and communicate detailed project plans, coordinate working groups, and manage offshore team members to keep projects on track
  • Own project management tools and documentation, maintaining visibility, consistency, and adherence to team processes
  • Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution and escalate issues as needed
  • Drive process improvements, test new capabilities, and assess project performance to optimize marketing effectiveness
  • Maintain and update asset libraries and creative servers to support project workflows and final deliverables

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of project management experience, preferably within a marketing agency or startup environment, managing multiple high-visibility digital marketing projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust, motivate teams, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities; skilled in using data to guide decisions and project prioritization
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations, balancing competing demands and managing ambiguous requests
  • Experienced in applying lessons learned from past projects to improve resource management and project delivery
  • Comfortable using project management tools like Ziflow, MS Project, and Monday, with adaptability to new technologies and processes
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (2-3 times per year) for in-person meetings
