MPI is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate ICI and residential projects from planning through completion in the Hamilton region. You will work with project teams and contractors to manage schedules, site progress, project records, and day-to-day delivery needs.

The role involves planning, tracking budgets, reviewing drawings, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely project close-out. A dynamic, autonomous communicator is preferred for this permanent position.

Qualificações

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate ICI and residential projects, keeping project activities moving from planning through completion. You will work with project teams and contractors to manage schedules, site progress, project records and day-to-day delivery needs.

Our client is a Hamilton-based construction management company that supports a portfolio of businesses specializing in ICI, high-rise residential, and infrastructure projects throughout the GTA, Hamilton, Niagara, and Kitchener-Waterloo regions. The organization manages projects ranging from commercial and institutional developments to high-rise residential construction and related support services within the concrete construction sector.

Description

• Plan and coordinate construction project activities to keep work aligned with agreed timelines and priorities.

A successful Project Manager should have:

Job Offer
