  • Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents, and establish clear, consistent communication channels.
  • Estimate resource and staffing needs, and manage the project lifecycle using defined methodologies.
  • Plan, schedule, and track timelines, milestones, and resources using appropriate tools. Update PSA Resource Forecasting weekly.
  • Own project delivery, ensure deliverables are completed, and communicate progress directly to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Update financial forecasts using Statement of Work (SOW) figures and projections.

  • Proactively manage scope changes, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans. Document all blockers, changes, and risks.
  • Maintain a centralized blocker tracker accessible to the client, including due dates, responsible parties, and impact.
  • Build and own risk mitigation plans, manage escalations, and involve the appropriate stakeholders when needed.
  • Resolve blockers with the internal team to keep delivery on track, and ensure team members have access to code, documentation, and other required resources.

  • Create a recommendations report that captures lessons learned and opportunities to improve future projects.
  • Hands-on project management experience spanning process development, execution, and the full project lifecycle.
