Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a seasoned ITSM professional to drive asset discovery and CMDB integrity in a large enterprise environment.

You will partner with security and operations teams to implement governance, measure KPIs, and ensure compliance while aligning with global practices.

Qualifications

• Strong PM and ITSM experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on CMDB and asset management expertise.
• Experience with external asset discovery and attack surface tools.
• Proven ability to define KPIs, SLAs, and governance models.
• Ability to drive operational transformation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a formal process to validate discovered assets against CMDB.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain asset discovery, validation, and inventory governance.
• Set up controls and reports to measure process effectiveness and compliance.
• Lead continuous improvements in asset visibility, CMDB accuracy, and governance.
• Define and track KPIs and SLAs to support service performance.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Strong Project Management and IT Service Management experience.
• Strong CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and Asset Management experience.
• Experience with external asset discovery and attack surface management solutions.
• Strong process governance and operational transformation background.
• Experience defining and managing KPIs, SLAs, and sustainable operating models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and implement a formal process for validating newly discovered external and internet-facing assets identified through approved security technology tools against authoritative asset inventories (CMDB).
• Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure asset discovery, validation, governance, and inventory management processes are effectively maintained.
• Establish operational controls and reporting mechanisms to measure process effectiveness and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to asset visibility, CMDB accuracy, and operational governance.
• Define and track KPIs and SLAs to support service performance and operational excellence.
