Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of technology initiatives in our Canada operations.

The role focuses on organizing schedules, maintaining project documentation, and serving as a liaison among team members, vendors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include updating project plans, coordinating meetings, tracking risks, and assisting with procurement of software/hardware resources.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Tracking: Assist in building and updating detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Documentation Management: Maintain project dashboards, meeting minutes, status reports, and essential documentation.
• Communication Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between team members, technical staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Meeting Logistics: Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on assigned action items.
• Risk & Issue Monitoring: Track project risks or bottlenecks and elevate blockers to the Project Manager.
• Resource & Vendor Support: Help coordinate software/hardware resources, purchase orders, and procurement processes.

Role Description

An IT Project Coordinator supports the smooth delivery of technology initiatives by managing daily administrative tasks, tracking project schedules, organizing cross-functional team communication, and maintaining project documentation for software development, infrastructure upgrades, or system implementations.
