Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee a complex, multi-program portfolio across Banking and Financial Services. You will translate executive priorities into actionable plans and partner with Technology, Business, and Finance leaders.

This role demands strong governance, risk management, and executive reporting, with a track record of cost optimization and strategic funding decisions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Good years of experience in portfolio management, program management, PMO, or technology governance.
• Proven experience managing a CxO-level portfolio across multiple programs, projects, and technology workstreams.
• Strong financial management skills covering planning, budgeting, forecasting, actuals, accruals, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
• Experience maintaining an integrated portfolio view of scope, investment, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and outcomes.
• Ability to translate executive priorities into actionable portfolio plans and recommend funding, capacity, and sequencing trade-offs.
• Strong portfolio governance, risk management, executive reporting, and escalation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across Technology, Business, Finance, Risk, and Operations.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Role Description

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 130,000 Per Year
