  • Recruit and select instructors, subject matter experts, and other project staff with a focus on individuals who can contribute to a positive and inclusive training environment.
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for the delivery of contract training projects, both on and off campus, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients/partners.
  • Travel to project locations to meet clients/partners, actively engaging with them to foster strong relationships and gather feedback on their training experience.
  • Resolve any project delivery and implementation issues that arise promptly and professionally, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to client/partner satisfaction.
  • Monitor and review project budgets, comparing them to actuals, and conduct post-project reviews with a focus on continuous improvement and exceeding client/partner expectations.
Skills & Abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to build strong, respectful relationships and effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and develop meaningful relationships with clients and partners.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and independent work style, with the ability to think critically, respond quickly to changing circumstances, and make informed decisions.
  • Creative and innovative thinker who is comfortable thinking outside the box and developing solutions that respond to unique client/partner and project needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex or unexpected situations, assess options, and develop practical and innovative solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and stakeholders while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adjust to changing workloads and organizational needs.
