Job summary

NAIT seeks a Project Delivery Coordinator to manage contract training projects across Alberta and beyond, ensuring exceptional client service and smooth execution of delivered programs.

You will scope, plan, and implement projects, work closely with Indigenous partners, and coordinate instructors and staff. This role requires strong communication, budgeting, and problem‑solving skills, with travel as needed to client locations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing and implementing projects.
• Valid Alberta Driver's license.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience in a post‑secondary learning environment (desired).
• Related diploma and/or degree (desired).
• Experience with Indigenous partnerships or cultural engagement (asset).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans based on contractual terms.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for contract training projects.
• Travel to project locations to meet clients/partners.
• Monitor budgets and conduct post‑project reviews.
• Recruit instructors and staff for training delivery.
• Maintain strong client/partner communication and satisfaction.
