Job summary

Graham Contracting, Ltd. is recruiting a Cost Control Analyst for our Horizon Project site. You will support resource costing, progress and performance forecasting, and financial reporting with emphasis on timeliness and accuracy.

Based on a 4/3 work schedule at the Horizon Site, you will collaborate with Finance to manage budgets, cost codes, POs, and billing processes, while ensuring proper cost allocation and KPI reporting for ongoing projects across Canada.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; degree or diploma in a related field preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in project administration or cost control.
• Skills: MS Office, Power BI, ERP systems knowledge (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance to develop and manage annual operating budgets.
• Maintain RMS cost code structures and mappings.
• Provide LEMS, billing, and time-entry support; troubleshoot inquiries and invoicing issues.
• Prepare and distribute daily cost reports during turnaround events for cost visibility.
• Oversee monthly equipment billing within LEMS and ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Review equipment repair costs and ensure proper cost coding and billing reconciliation.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and resolve cost issues involving owned/third-party assets.
• Submit PO requisitions and ensure timely processing; review POs per contract requirements.
• Serve as liaison between site operations and corporate finance to resolve financial/admin matters.
• Support continuous improvement in project controls, cost management, and reporting processes.
