Qualifications

• Recent college graduate in Civil, Construction Technologist or Technician.
• Experience in utility construction is an asset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to adapt to flexible schedules and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support project operations to ensure efficient execution of underground utility installation.
• Assist in scheduling of work crews and site previews for locate requests.
• Liaise with utilities on site to ensure accurate locates and timely work.
• Manage inventory, tooling, and safety documentation in accordance with procedures.
• Create and monitor equipment utilization reports and track maintenance needs.
• Support procurement of materials, services, and safety documentation from subcontractors.
• Generate reports for major customers and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Provide deliveries of rush materials/tools to crews as required.
