Qualifications
  • Current enrollment in an accredited university co‑op program
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of tools (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Desire to problem solve and work with others to map out processes to pinpoint improvements
  • Curiosity, drive for excellence and interest in technology
  • Excellent and customer focused communication skills while building a professional relationship with end users
Responsibilities
  • Exposure to various business areas and their respective responsibilities, processes, etc.
  • Job shadowing opportunities and establishment of mentor relationships
  • On the job experience in an advanced manufacturing environment
  • Successful application of project management tools
  • Translating business problems and opportunities into technical solutions through working in a team environment acting as the liaison between the business and development
