Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program of Pearson LIFT (Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canada's largest airport for the future of air travel - including critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience.
The Project Coordinator - Site Investigations will support the program-wide coordination of site investigations, with a primary focus on managing the flow of subcontractor deliverables from submission through design review, acceptance and final publication. The role will help maintain complete, traceable and accessible investigation records within the project's digital environment while supporting related design, procurement, permitting and subcontractor workflows.
The position will be based at our office in Mississauga, Ontario, with visits to the Airport site as required. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday during regular office or site hours. At times, operational needs may require work outside these hours, with reasonable notice provided. All schedule or on call adjustments will comply with applicable employment standards legislation. It is mandatory for all employees to complete a Criminal Background check and successfully attain a Restricted Access Identity Card (RAIC) upon joining the company.
