Project Coordinator - Senior - PSP

Job Summary:

Our client in Windsor, ON is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator - PSP for a contract position.

What You Will Do:

Join our company as we transform into a customer-centric sustainable mobility leader. The Project Management Office (PMO) supports the Cross Carline & Project Engineering Team by overseeing processes to meet technical, quality, timing, and cost goals.

The Project Coordinator will assist the Platform and Project Planning Manager in achieving project timelines, labor, and investment objectives for vehicle projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate project and program schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor parts status from sourcing through TKO.
• Create and manage bulletins and responses.
• Collaborate on governance decks for product action requests.
• Facilitate PMT and Program Review meetings.
• Manage vehicle build plans and delivery schedules for validation.
• Coordinate the commercial launch plan with relevant departments.
• Escalate issues promptly and drive resolution.
• Monitor ER&D spending and engineering resources against budgets.

The primary interfaces are with the Vehicle Project, Platform & Modules Teams Planning Manager, the Chief Project Engineer, and the PMO Planning Supervisor.

Basics:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business from an ABET-accredited university.
• At least 5 years of automotive industry experience in areas such as product development, program management, finance, or quality, at an OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interface with all management levels.
• Experience with project scheduling and build plans.
• Hybrid work position.

Preferred:

• Full lifecycle program experience.
• Change management and launch experience.
• SAP knowledge.
• Regulatory/compliance background.
