Base pay range

CA$38.00/hr - CA$40.00/hr

Proficient in project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, including networking, servers, and cloud services.
Understanding of compliance frameworks and security protocols relevant to infrastructure projects.
Excellent understanding of IT policies and processes along with equipment to ensure that IT Operations run smoothly and efficiently
Manage and coordinate various aspects of infrastructure development
Can establish and maintain effective relationships with business and IT customers to gain their trust and respect
Ability to communicate effectively with senior IT and business leaders with strong verbal and written skills
Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business goals.
Lead and mentor project management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Excellent customer service with ability to manage customer expectations
Proven ability to set priorities across multiple projects and drive for results
Develop and implement strategic project plans, including risk management strategies, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication plans in accomplishing project objectives
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and infrastructure delivery.
Evaluate complex situations accurately and identifies viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customer
