The ideal candidate is organized, empathetic, and passionate about equity in education, with experience working with diverse cultural communities and an understanding of newcomer settlement challenges. A vulnerable sector check or background check, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are required. Additional language skills relevant to the newcomer community and prior experience supporting a school-based or education-related nonprofit program are considered assets. A master's degree is preferred.
