Through day-to-day coaching and practical engineering support, the role will help students develop the technical, leadership, collaboration, and project management skills needed to succeed in complex engineering projects. The Junior Engineer-in-Residence is an early-career engineering position designed for someone who is eager to work alongside students, solve practical engineering challenges, and contribute to a hands-on, collaborative design environment. Success in the role will be reflected in stronger project delivery, improved competition readiness, and the development of highly capable student engineers and future technical leaders.
