Reporting to the Project Manager and/or Vice-President, Projects and Estimating, the Project Coordinator will provide support to the Project Management, Technical Services teams, and Field Operations by coordinating and analyzing a variety of rail projects involving various transportation sectors including Class 1 rail, Light Rail Transit, and various rail/general construction projects.
This role requires a highly organized and detail-orientated individual who can coordinate multiple projects, travel extensively to project sites, maintain and present accurate documentation, and ensure all project activities are executed in accordance with client requirements, contractual obligations, and company rules, regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate will have recently graduated with a diploma or degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management or Engineering Technology - a recent graduate from a related field would be considered with 1-3 years of experience.
