Job Summary
Project Coordinators are responsible for accurately transferring data from estimating software to our ERP system, ensuring all costs and selling prices align between platforms. They manage material ordering, fabrication, and delivery based on project timelines. Additionally, they handle accurate reporting through the ERP system and close out contracts at project completion, all within the company's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Duties
- Coordinate accurate ordering, sourcing, and itemizing of materials for projects in a timely manner; monitor general contractor’s schedule and achieve lowest freight costs.
- Create accurate shop orders based on approved shop drawings.
- Coordinate quality checks on all products before handover to customers.
- Manage on-time scheduling and shipping of materials; outsource outbound freight when necessary.
- Process purchase order acknowledgements promptly.
- Coordinate with accounting to ensure prompt and accurate billing, including contracts and change orders.
- Participate in project postmortems to identify successful and unsuccessful processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships within the industry.
- Communicate with general contractors regarding product delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required
- DHI courses or designation is an asset.
- College diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
