Job summary

BDN Construction in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a values-driven team delivering retail and restaurant construction projects with integrity and precision.

You will support procurement, contract management, schedules, and budgets, working closely with Project Managers and using Procore for financial management to keep projects on track. Occasional travel within Ontario. Mid-level experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project coordination experience in retail or restaurant construction.
• Proficient in Procore (or similar construction management software).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and environmental standards.
• Ability to anticipate project challenges and propose solutions proactively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with integrating project management software into daily project communications.
