Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a Deployment/Project Manager to lead deployment activities and coordinate cross-functional teams across IT projects.

The role focuses on delivery excellence, operational readiness, and seamless system implementation within a Canadian context. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science, strong PM fundamentals, and proven ability to drive timelines, manage risks, and communicate with executives.

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Deployment, ITS, or IT project management experience.
• Formal training and strong understanding of project management principles preferred.
• Experience in information systems operations, service management, systems analysis, or application development.
• Advanced knowledge of software development and service management lifecycles.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive task completion.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills.
• Proven experience developing resolutions, plans, and strategies for operational advancement.
• Sound management techniques with experience in operational improvement and issue resolution.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry and business trends.
