Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a Project / Program Manager to lead cloud migration and infrastructure transformation in a large enterprise setting, with focus on AWS environments and contact center platforms.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate with business and delivery partners, drive governance and risk management, and support Agile and Hybrid practices.

Experience with 50–100+ stakeholders is a plus; salary range CAD 90,000–CAD 110,000 per year is offered.

Qualifications

• Project or Program Management experience, preferably in large enterprise environments.
• Strong experience delivering cloud migration and infrastructure transformation projects.
• Experience with AWS environments and contact center technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies.

• Lead cloud migration and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with business, technology, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure successful program outcomes.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and dependency management.
• Oversee AWS-based solution delivery, including Amazon Connect implementations where applicable.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and large stakeholder groups.
• Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Support Agile and Hybrid project delivery practices.

Required Experience

• Project or Program Management experience, preferably in large enterprise environments.

• Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
