Job Title: Project Coordinator – Underground Projects
Location: Saskatchewan
Position Type: Contract (Owner's Representative Role)
Overview:
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support various projects within an Underground Mine Department. This role will serve as an Owner’s Representative, working closely with internal stakeholders and contractors to support the successful execution of assigned underground mining projects. These projects may range from routine infrastructure upgrades to complex underground developments.
This opportunity requires a self-motivated, proactive professional with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The successful candidate will work in support of the Project Manager and will be responsible for driving daily coordination activities while maintaining a focus on safety, schedule, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing underground mining projects.
• Monitor project progress, maintain up-to-date documentation, and support timely reporting.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout all stages of execution.
• Support procurement, scheduling, logistics, and documentation as required.
• Act as a liaison to assist with issue resolution in a collaborative and effective manner.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in a Project Coordination or Support role in mining, heavy industrial, or underground construction environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-manage in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools, documentation platforms, and reporting systems.
• Previous experience representing the owner’s interests in project delivery is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of underground infrastructure and mining operations is preferred.
