Job summary

Westridge Construction Ltd. in Regina is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our Regina team.

The role supports project delivery by working with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. The ideal candidate has a civil/structural engineering background or civil technology diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction documentation.

Qualifications

• A degree in civil/structural engineering or a diploma in civil/architectural technology.
• Previous project coordination in commercial/civil construction is an asset.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and estimating.
• Preparing and tracking RFIs, change orders, and other contract documentation.
• Reviewing drawings and specifications, identifying issues or opportunities for cost savings.
• Coordinating subcontractor tenders, awards, and shop drawings.
• Maintaining project records and supporting site safety compliance.
• Conducting site tours and inspections as required.
• Acting as a liaison with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Supporting QA/QC, monthly invoicing, and project closeout processes.

We are currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our Regina team. The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting project delivery.
