Job summary

All-Pro Door & Hardware Ltd. in Ontario seeks a dedicated Project Coordinator to manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors, and ensure on-time delivery within budgets.

Responsibilities include planning, estimating, scheduling, cost control, interpreting architectural blueprints, and using Microsoft Dynamics. Travel between job sites is required; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • 2-year diploma in Construction Technology or equivalent field experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction methods including project planning, estimating, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Able to read and interpret architectural blueprints and familiarity with Dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of Ontario building code requirements and site safety rules.
  • Able to travel between job sites and have reliable transportation.

  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations, while conducting regular site visits for quality control.

  • Knowledge of Ontario building code requirements, door and hardware standards, and site safety rules.
  • Able to travel between job sites and have reliable transportation.
  • Competitive Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 per year based on skills & experience.
