Job summary

All Pro Door & Hardware Ltd. seeks a Project Coordinator to manage multiple construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring requirements are met. You will lead teams, communicate with stakeholders, and coordinate schedules and budgets on site across Ontario.

The role requires 3-5 years in construction, a 2-year Construction Technology diploma, and strong skills in reading blueprints and using Dynamics for project control. Occasional site travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-year diploma in Construction Technology or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years of construction experience in project planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and specs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead project teams and manage stakeholder communication.
• Prepare estimates, develop schedules and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
• Monitor budgets and allocate resources to ensure cost efficiency.
• Interpret technical drawings and apply them to project management.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
