Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and project teams across the lifecycle from planning to closeout.

You will help manage look-ahead reporting, coordinate meetings, and maintain multiple project systems including Power BI, SharePoint and JIRA. The role requires a technical degree and 4+ years of relevant project experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree, diploma, or certificate in a related technical field.
  • 4+ years of relevant project experience or equivalent combination of education and construction/engineering/operations experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Experience with SharePoint, TEAMS and Power BI is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular look-ahead status reporting and support to the Pipeline Core Programs Execution Manager and a team of 5 Project Managers on upcoming deliverables.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in internal and external partner meetings, acting as a single point of contact.
  • Ensure organizational and compliance systems are populated and maintained (Power BI, Kahua, SharePoint, JIRA, Maximo, Encompass, Oracle, etc.).
  • Lead the coordinator of project closeouts, working with construction, regional operations, project controls, environment, lands and finance stakeholders.
  • Track and resolve stakeholder requests, including third party access to Enbridge systems.
  • Create and send presentations and reports to appropriate departments, companies, and agencies.

What You Will Do:
  • Provide regular look-ahead status reporting and support to the Pipeline Core Programs Execution Manager and a team of 5 Project Managers on upcoming deliverables ensuring pipeline right of way projects within the Core Programs Pipe Repair and Replacement Worktype Plan are progressing according to plan.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in internal and external partner meetings, providing a single point of contact for the Project Managers for various Core Programs Initiatives.
  • Ensure various Projects organizational and compliance systems are populated and maintained (Power BI, Kahua, SharePoint, JIRA, Maximo, Encompass, Oracle, etc.).
  • Lead the coordinator of project closeouts, working directly with construction, regional operations, project controls, environment, lands and finance stakeholders.
  • Track and ensure resolution of stakeholder requests. This includes third party access to Enbridge systems.
  • Make and send presentations and reports as needed to appropriate departments, companies, and agencies.
Who You Are:
  • Degree, diploma, or certificate in a related technical field.
  • 4 or more years of relevant project experience or an equivalent combination of education and construction/engineering/operations experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and office software tools.
  • Experience with SharePoint, TEAMS and Power BI is an asset.
  • Motivated self-starter, with great people skills who work well independently in a fast‑paced team environment.
  • Predict obstacles, challenges, and risks to proactively determine mitigation strategies and innovative solutions to problems.
Working Conditions:

Office environment. <10% travel for periodic trips to other Enbridge offices and remote field construction jobsites. Ability to travel throughout Canada and United States. Valid passport is required. A valid driver’s license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be validated before hire.
