Job summary

Enbridge in Edmonton is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and project teams through planning, execution, and closeout, gaining exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle in pipeline repair and replacement initiatives.

This hybrid role requires a technical degree and 4+ years of project experience, with proficiency in Office, Power BI, SharePoint, and JIRA; you will organize meetings, maintain systems, drive status reporting, manage stakeholder requests, and help

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or certificate in a related technical field.
• 4 or more years of relevant project experience or an equivalent combination of education and construction/engineering/operations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and office software tools. Experience with SharePoint, TEAMS and Power BI is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular look-ahead status reporting and support to the Pipeline Core Programs Execution Manager and a team of 5 Project Managers on upcoming deliverables ensuring pipeline right of way projects within the Core Programs Pipe Repair and Replacement Worktype Plan are progressing according to plan.
• Organize, attend, and participate in internal and external partner meetings, providing a single point of contact for the Project Managers for various Core Programs Initiatives.
• Ensure various Projects organizational and compliance systems are populated and maintained (Power BI, Kahua, SharePoint, JIRA, Maximo, Encompass, Oracle, etc.).
• Lead the coordinator of project closeouts, working directly with construction, regional operations, project controls, environment, lands and finance stakeholders.
• Track and ensure resolution of stakeholder requests. This includes third party access to Enbridge systems.
• Make and send presentations and reports as needed to appropriate departments, companies, and agencies.

Who You Are :

• Degree, diploma, or certificate in a related technical field.
• 4 or more years of relevant project experience or an equivalent combination of education and construction/engineering/operations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and office software tools. Experience with SharePoint, TEAMS and Power BI is an asset.
• Motivated self-starter, with great people skills who work well independently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Predict obstacles, challenges, and risks to proactively determine mitigation strategies and innovative solutions to problems.
