Fleetway is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of work within the River Class Destroyer (RCD) program. Working closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams, you'll help keep projects on track by maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, managing documentation, monitoring milestones, and supporting project reporting activities. In this role, you'll serve as a central point of coordination between project teams, helping ensure information is communicated effectively, deliverables are tracked and distributed, and project data is maintained accurately within approved systems and tools. You'll also assist with identifying schedule risks, tracking action items, preparing reports, and supporting the continuous improvement of project processes and procedures. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys organization, collaboration, and problem-solving, and is interested in gaining hands‑on experience supporting complex projects in Canada's marine and defence sector.
