Job summary

Sonepar Canada, Inc. is seeking a Projects data entry support specialist to assist the Projects team with data entry and information maintenance for special projects.

You will be the first point of contact for project orders and help ensure timely delivery and accurate billing. Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • University/College Diploma preferred, with focus in Sales and/or Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact with customers on Special project orders.
  • Resolutions for credit issues and correct process and procedures.
  • Monitor billing and ensure accuracy in regards to timelines.
  • Entering and tracking orders to ensure delivery times are met.
  • Making required adjustments/changes to orders.
  • Monitoring billing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Managing any order returns and modifications i.e. addition to the order.
  • Problem solving for any orders or customer inquiries.

Scope of the Position

Responsible for supporting and assisting the Projects team with data entry and information maintenance required for special projects.

Major Responsibilities
  • First point of contact with customers on Special project orders.

Requirements
  • High school diploma required
  • University/College Diploma preferred, with a focus in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience required
