Work Location- This is a Work From Home position, the individual must be based in Ontario

About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Cold Drink Equipment Customer Operation works within Coke Canada customer operation team, managing and controlling project work, working closely with customer operations and analyst to deliver successful implementation and completion of customer initiatives. This is a Work From Home position.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate implementation timelines for multiple projects of moderate to high complexity
• Work closely with project leads, customer operations and analyst to deliver successful implementation and completion of customer initiatives
• Participate in multiple routines and meetings, keeping them on track to ensure success
• Act as a voice of the Customer Operations Team when interacting with other reporting functions
• Establish standardized project metrics, monitoring routines to drive successful completion
• Manipulate large amounts of data, making informed decisions, leading to team success
• Ensure all reports, tools and routines are not only standardized but adaptable for future growth
• Successfully monitoring progress towards achieving customer/team’s objectives
• Accounting for your customer activities to Senior Manager of Customer Operations

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to implement business cases, project schedules and forecasts
• Quantitative & analytical experience - strong understanding of Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited systems including Margin Minder, SAP ,Microsoft Power BI is an asset
• Proven effective written, oral and financial storytelling skills
• Project Management certification (PMP) is an required
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is an asset
• Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
• Minimum work experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, operations and/or consulting, preferably in the consumer-packagedgoods industry (including 1-2 years as an individual contributor)
