As a Project Coordinator on Narvar’s Professional Services team, you’ll play a foundational role in ensuring our customer implementations start strong. You’ll own intake, backlog tracking, customer onboarding coordination, and early-stage project readiness—making sure every handoff is crisp and every detail is in place before a Project Manager is assigned.
This is a high-impact role that requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a love for process and precision. You’ll work closely with Sales, Project Managers, Customer Success, and internal Operations to keep projects moving forward and ensure that our team is set up to deliver excellence at scale.
