Position Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the development and construction teams in managing and executing multi-phase residential and mixed-use projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will assist in coordinating consultants, contractors, schedules, and project documentation to ensure the successful delivery oflandmark projects shaping Vancouver’s skyline and neighborhoods, working with acollaborative, forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in coordinating all phases of development and construction.
• Organize, track, and maintain project documentation including drawings, permits, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely responses and workflow.
• Assist in preparing and updating construction schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Monitor progress and flag risks or delays to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate and attend site meetings, taking detailed minutes and following up on action items.
• Support procurement processes and maintain up-to-date logs of materials and trades.
• Participate in quality control reviews, site inspections, and close-out procedures.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  
  
• 1–3 years of experience in construction or development, preferably in residential or mixed-use projects.
  
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
  
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
