Job summary

Total SignWorks is seeking a versatile Project Coordinator in Calgary to guide projects from intake through delivery. You will coordinate across departments and vendors, and may assist with production and installs to keep momentum.

This role blends client interaction, estimating, and project management, with growth into leadership as the company expands. Strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in signage, project coordination, or sales.
• Knowledge of sign production processes and installation practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software.
• Ability to read and interpret design proofs and production drawings.
• Detail-oriented with a client-first mindset.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license; travel or site work.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects from quote through delivery.
• Meet with clients (phone, email, in-person) to understand their needs and offer signage solutions.
• Prepare estimates and close orders using internal tools.
• Coordinate job timelines, materials, production, and installation schedules.
• Conduct site surveys and assist with permit documentation.
• Interface with suppliers and subcontractors when needed.
• Assist in the shop with vinyl cutting, printing, assembly, and simple installs.
• Maintain accurate project records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support team members and potentially mentor junior staff as the company grows.
