Total SignWorks Ltd. is looking for a versatile Project Coordinator who blends hands-on production skills with customer service, project management and estimating.

You will guide projects from intake to delivery, coordinate across departments and vendors, and assist with production and installs as needed. This role is ideal for someone aiming to grow into a leadership position in a high-performance sign shop.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in signage, project coordination, or sales.
• Knowledge of sign production processes, substrates, and installation practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software.
• Ability to read and interpret design proofs and production drawings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects from quote through delivery.
• Meet with clients to understand needs and offer signage solutions.
• Prepare estimates and close orders using internal tools.
• Coordinate job timelines, materials, production, and installation schedules.
• Conduct site surveys and assist with permit documentation.
• Interface with suppliers and subcontractors when needed.
• Assist in the shop with vinyl cutting, printing, assembly, and simple installs.
• Maintain accurate project records and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects from quote through delivery
• Meet with clients (phone, email, in‑person) to understand their needs and offer signage solutions
• Prepare estimates and close orders using internal tools
• Coordinate job timelines, materials, production, and installation schedules
• Conduct site surveys and assist with permit documentation
• Interface with suppliers and subcontractors when needed
• Assist in the shop with vinyl cutting, printing, assembly, and simple installs
• Maintain accurate project records and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Support team members and potentially mentor junior staff as the company grows

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in signage, project coordination, or sales
• Knowledge of sign production processes, substrates, and installation practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software
• Ability to read and interpret design proofs and production drawings
• Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated with a client‑first mindset
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license; comfortable with occasional travel or site work
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Desirable Qualifications

• Hands‑on skills in vinyl application, printing, or sign fabrication
• Familiarity with Corebridge or other sign shop management software
• Experience quoting or selling signage solutions
• Experience coordinating outsourced fabrication or installs
