Job summary

Encore is seeking an Event Producer for project-based engagements across Canada, including Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver. The role leads event teams, ensures quality from planning to execution, and maintains profitability while managing client relationships and budgets.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years in show production or AV, onsite crew management experience, and strong communication skills. Travel to sites and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of show production or audiovisual experience.
• Onsite crew management experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire event teams and manage client relationships.
• Reconcile events, wrap reports and administrative data with the Project Coordinator.
• Ensure SOPs and production standards are followed; maintain quality and profitability.
• Develop production schedules, budgets and scope with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with sales, creative, technical production and venue teams for event delivery.
• Lead on-site execution, site inspections and show calls as required.
• Provide project closeout documentation and debriefs with stakeholders.
