Job summary

Encore is seeking an Event Producer to lead the planning and delivery of live and hybrid event programs from development through on-site execution and closeout. You will assemble teams, suppliers and creative/technical partners around a clear vision, practical production plan and disciplined budget.

The role demands confident client leadership, strong production judgment, and the ability to calmly solve issues in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of show production or audiovisual experience required
• Client relationship skills, strong written and oral communications, and detail oriented
• Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes; ability to read financial reports
• MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for corporate, association, keynote, and brand activation events.
• Coordinate internal and external teams including technical, creative, and venue partners.
• Maintain the event's creative vision while ensuring scope, timing, quality and financial targets.
• Prepare production schedules, run-of-show documents, and client-facing updates.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans to protect the event experience.
• Lead or support client meetings, site inspections and on-site execution.
