Job summary

Stagevision Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to convert clients’ visions into flawless live events. You will own events from initial quote to final reconciliation, shaping scope, planning logistics, and leading crews on show day.

The role combines Sales, Operations, and production expertise to deliver shows on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. You will collaborate with Account Managers, coordinate with the Logistics Manager, and ensure accurate billables and post-show documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in live events, audiovisual production or event technology with client-facing responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of live-event production, scope, feasibility, equipment, labour, logistics and cost implications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Manager and Sales to review Scope of Work focusing on profitability and margins.
• Maintain accurate project records in IntelliEvent and categorize proposals.
• Attend site visits to gather technical and logistical requirements for planning.
• Develop production drawings and floor plans with accurate scale and room logistics.
• Verify show site details including dock access, rigging points and room configurations.
• Serve as central point of contact between client, Sales, and Operations.
• Lead pre-production meetings and develop the show logistics plan.
• Take on-site leadership for technical and logistical elements of the show.
• Direct all crew and ensure safety, scheduling, and standards.
• Oversee system design integrity and equipment performance.
• Confirm billables and reconcile labour/equipment after shows.
• Document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
