Job Description
Job Summary:
The Project Assistant will be a part of the project team within the Strategy portfolio. This role will help support priority projects across various portfolios at Kinark that include Strategy, Autism, Lead Agency.
This is a temporary, full-time position with a contract length of 3 months.
Duties & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
The Project Assistant will provide support to the Project Managers. Their responsibilities include supporting preparation of project documents like dashboards, presentations in MS PowerPoint, business cases, and executive reporting. Additional responsibilities include, taking minutes and summarizing action items to send to stakeholders, following up with stakeholders on various projects to check timelines, due dates, and outstanding action items. Working to maintain Asana, the project management tool to keep projects up to date. Other tasks include scheduling meetings, sending out meeting invites, and booking rooms if meetings are in-person.
Qualifications:
** Please note that Equivalent combination of education & experience will be considered.
