  • Be part of the full project cycle—from concept to construction.
  • Join senior team members on site visits to investigate buildings and assess conditions (yes, you'll get to wear a hard hat).
  • Dive into design—review shop drawings, sketch out design details, and apply building science smarts.
  • Help manage construction progress with real-world contract administration experience.
  • Contribute to proposals, technical reports, and construction documents.
  • Keep your skills sharp by participating in ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Take on a variety of tasks that keep each day interesting and challenging.

What You Bring:

  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3years of experience (new grads welcome—we love fresh perspectives!).
  • A valid driver’s license and your own set of wheels—you’ll be visiting sites regularly.
  • Comfort with heights (roofs, lifts, swing stages—you’ll be up there!).
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for improving how buildings work.
