Summer IT Help Desk & Tech Projects Assistant

TravelingBrand Research Inc., a Canadian company with U.S. sister company Choice Translating, Inc., is hiring one or more IT Help Desk & Tech Project Assistants for the summer—with the possibility of ongoing, part-time, or project-based work during the school year.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage internal support tickets and coordinate with our external IT partner
  • Support implementation of Language Weaver machine translation
  • Set up internal and external ticketing systems using Monday.com
  • Provide remote IT Help Desk support to our global team
  • Research and test new survey and data analysis tools to support our international projects
  • Recommend practical AI tools to improve business workflows

Do you speak Dari, Arabic, Ukrainian, Haitian Creole, Somali, or another language in high demand? If you already have strong language skills, we can train you in interpretation techniques and best practices—so you can serve your community in Canada and the U.S. through remote interpretation (video or phone).
