Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Data Entry for Daily Timesheets.
  • Timesheet reviews affecting payroll processing to maintain data integrity.
  • Support payroll communications between site and head office.
  • Subcontractor LEM entry and crosschecking with rate agreements.
  • Process daily LEMs for billable client activities.
  • Gather and compile backup documentation for client reporting.
  • Support material receiving entry against POs.
  • Ensure billable material is captured on Client LEMs.
  • Verify daily manpower on site.
  • Data Entry for onboarding new project team members.
  • Support project management/control with additional functions.

Project Administrator

In support of upcoming projects, Bird Construction is reaching out to market to identify candidates interested in our Project Administrator position.

The Project Administrator will report to the Project Manager. This role will be responsible for file maintenance, daily LEMs, timesheet and payroll processing.

This position will work on projects in Regina, SK.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Data Entry for Daily Timesheets
  • Timesheet Reviews that affect Payroll Processing to maintain data integrity and accuracy
  • Support all payroll communications between site and head office payroll team
  • Subcontractor LEM entry and crosschecking against subcontractor rate agreements
  • Process daily LEMs (Labour/Equipment/Material) for billable client activities
  • Support with gathering and combining all backup documentation required for Daily, Weekly, Monthly Client Reporting
  • Support material management with material receiving entry against POs
  • Ensure all billable material is captured on Client LEMs
  • Support in verification of daily manpower on site
  • Data Entry for Onboarding of new project team member and maintaining employee data records
  • Support Project Management/Control team with additional project functions as required
