Job Description

We currently have an opening for a Project Administrator in our Regina office. You will work on multi-discipline projects for a variety of public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities will include coordinating budgets, invoicing, producing monthly earned value forecasts, and preparing project tender documents, specifications, and letters in accordance with our professional standards. You will also analyze and interpret data, coordinate logistics for project tender submissions, and manage records for the Regina Infrastructure Division. Additionally, you will assist with proposal preparation, business development activities, and provide administrative support to managers, engineers, technologists, and team members.

You should have an eye for detail, ensure reports conform to project and company standards regarding quality, content, and format, and deliver excellent customer service. Maintaining current knowledge of project technical specifications and implications is essential.

You will report to the Division Manager, Regina Infrastructure, and be part of a high-performance team.

Job Requirements
  • Business Administration or Office Administration diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution (minimum)
  • 6 to 8 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
  • Experience in project coordination
  • Experience in customer/client service
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including professional report writing
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules
  • Strong data gathering and analysis skills
  • Experience with invoicing and accounting functions is an asset
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) is an asset
  • Experience with marketing/business development activities is an asset
  • Experience in the consulting engineering industry is an asset
