A leading engineering firm is seeking a Project Administrator for their Regina office. This role involves coordinating budgets, managing invoicing, and preparing tender documents for diverse projects. We currently have an opening for a Project Administrator in our Regina office. You will work on multi-discipline projects for a variety of public and private sector clients.
Responsibilities will include coordinating budgets, invoicing, producing monthly earned value forecasts, and preparing project tender documents, specifications, and letters in accordance with our professional standards. You will also analyze and interpret data, coordinate logistics for project tender submissions, and manage records for the Regina Infrastructure Division. Additionally, you will assist with proposal preparation, business development activities, and provide administrative support to managers, engineers, technologists, and team members.
You should have an eye for detail, ensure reports conform to project and company standards regarding quality, content, and format, and deliver excellent customer service. Maintaining current knowledge of project technical specifications and implications is essential.
You will report to the Division Manager, Regina Infrastructure, and be part of a high-performance team.
