We are currently hiring a Project Accountant for our branch location in Toronto, ON to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer invoicing processes, including progress draws, ensuring timely and accurate billing
• Oversee vendor invoice entry and prepare cheques with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with the Credit & Collections Manager and Project Managers to ensure smooth customer collections
• Partner with the Sales & Estimating team to ensure project financial data is precise and up to date
• Prepare and finalize monthly bank reconciliations
• Support Project Managers with monthly inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation
• Track, analyze, and report on project profitability, identifying cost‑saving opportunities

What You’ll Bring
