Required Skills:
• Deep knowledge of telecom infrastructure: fiber optics, 5G, LTE, microwave, IP networks, SD-WAN.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Familiar with network architecture tools and software (e.g., Visio, NetCracker).
• Strong understanding of OSS/BSS systems and network management platforms.
• Good experience in telecom network deployment or operations.
• Good experience in program or project management roles.
• ITIL, Six Sigma, or Agile/Scrum certifications
• CCNA/CCNP, or other network certifications
Roles and responsibilities:
• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Monitor risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, network operations, finance, legal, sales) to ensure alignment and support.
• Serve as primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including external vendors, contractors, and customers.
• Collaborate with network engineers to understand and integrate technical requirements.
• Ensure network programs adhere to industry standards (e.g., ITU, IEEE, 3GPP), best practices, and company guidelines.
• Prepare and manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure resource availability.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and provide financial forecasts for network initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program status, risks, and outcomes.
• Create executive-level presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FCC, GDPR) related to telecommunications.
• Promote continuous improvement and quality assurance across network projects.
