Job Overview

Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors.

Place of Performance

The candidate must reside in the National Capital Region or Northern Virginia Region and be willing and able to travel. This position is 100% remote.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise contractor staff to ensure contract objectives are met.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned contracts, coordinating with CORs and leadership.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop staff to maintain qualified teams.
  • Ensure compliance with security and government requirements.
  • Analyze requirements, determine support categories, effort, timelines, and costs.
  • Prepare reports and identify risks to project success.
  • Develop relationships with customers and partners, and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications preferred.
  • 5-7 years of program management experience, especially with Federal Government Contracts.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Active DoD SECRET clearance required; TS preferred.
