We are a national staffing firm and are currentlyseeking a Program Manager for a prominent clientofours. This position 100% Remote . Details for the positionare as follows :

Job Title : Program Manager

Location : Fully Remote

Pay Rate : $40–$44 / hr

Contract Length : 12 months, potential to extend or convert based on performance and budget

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner closely with Senior Directors and VPs to manage workflows, planning cycles, and team alignment across marketing programs.
• Drive monthly planning processes with integrated campaign and customer marketing teams.
• Support the adoption and optimization of Jira Cloud for program and workflow management.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to understand campaign metrics and performance; translate data into actionable insights (no heavy analysis required).
• Develop and manage dashboards (using Tableau) to track campaign ROI and KPIs.
• Lead the creation and refinement of new marketing processes and operational improvements in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

• 4–6 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in marketing or B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and sales motion.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional workflows and working directly with senior leadership (VPs and Directors).
• Experience with program management tools — Jira Cloud is highly preferred, but similar tools (Asana, Monday, Wrike, etc.) are acceptable.
• Familiarity with Tableau or similar dashboard / BI tools is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems independently, and remain flexible in a changing environment.

Bonus Points :

• Background in an agency setting or experience working in fast-paced marketing teams.
• Hands-on experience creating or refining processes in high-growth or shifting organizational environments.
